Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by this agreement. The information and services on this site are provided by SCV Property Management Ltd trading as SilverCreekVillas.com (herein after called SCV) and its suppliers. By accessing and using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Notice to Renters
SCV assumes no responsibility and in no way warrants the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published on the SCV website or any other publication owned by SCV. None of the information contained in any SCV publication is confirmed or warranted in any way. Renters must conduct their own research regarding any and all advertising on SCV. Renters must take reasonable precautions to satisfy themselves about the quality and location of any listed property. SCV cannot take any responsibility for any property listed on any publication owned by SCV, nor for any rental agreements made between renter and advertiser for any such listing.
Owners may not be contacted through SCV for any purposes other than an availability enquiry regarding a particular property. Any enquiries considered as advertising services are expressly forbidden and action will be taken against such enquiries.
Notice to Advertisers
Rental listings on SCV run on an annual basis and payment is taken in advance for an advertising period of 12 months. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given for such listings, but cancellations can be made at any time.
Once payment is accepted for a rental listing, we endeavour to activate your listing within 24 hours.
Unlike many other sites we will transfer your advertising to the new owners in the event that you sell your villa or condo, but we will not refund any portion if the villa is sold and the new owner does not wish to continue with vacation rentals.
By paying the annual fee to advertise your vacation villa on this website you agree to the following:-
- The villa or condo is privately owned by you.
- You do not represent any other homes that you have not disclosed to us, either privately owned by you or managed by you for others.
- All enquiries sent out are for the villa in your listing only and must only be used for that villa, unless extra villas are paid for. Under no circumstances must any enquiries be passed on to other owners, management companies or other villa listing sites.
- If you do not pay for additional villas you must not advertise them either by e-mail or on a website which includes the paid listing, to any of our enquirers. If we discover that you have only paid for one villa and are promoting others your listing will be removed and your fee forfeited.
- All replies to enquiries generated by this website must not contain any links for car hire, park tickets, flights or travel insurance unless they are to the relevant pages on this website.
- You must not include links to 360 tours in the e-mail unless it is to an unbranded tour of just your villa. If you are unsure about a link please ask.
- You can direct enquirers to your own personal website as long as it is only for the villa(s) that are paid for.
- You are purchasing an advert for your vacation villa or condo. We will do our best to generate as many enquiries for you as possible in the time your advertisement runs, but we offer no guarantee that you will secure a booking and that we offer no more than to pass on enquiries generated by our website. No refunds will be due in the event that you do not secure any bookings.
- We will do all that is possible to keep the website online at all times, but we cannot be held responsible for conditions that are out of our control.
Failure to comply with the above rules will mean the immediate removal of your villa from the site and the forfeiture of any fees paid. We do check that these rules are being followed and follow up all booking enquiries with a courtesy e-mail.
Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

Disclaimer of Warranty
SCV and its suppliers disclaim all express and implied warranties with regard to the information, services, and materials contained on this site, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. All such information, services, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SCV or its suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, business, data or profits, litigation and the like, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge and agree that the limitations set forth above are fundamental elements of this agreement and the site would not be provided to you without such limitations. Some countries statutes might apply regarding limitation of liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SCV, its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys' reasonable fees) related to (i) your violation of this agreement, and (ii) your posting of material to this site.
Proprietary Rights
All materials on this site, including property information, photos, underlying source code, images and logos are owned and copyrighted by SCV and may be accessed, downloaded or printed for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute or transfer any material on this site without the prior written permission of SCV.
Changes to Site and Site Availability
SCV may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. SCV does not guarantee that this Site will be available 100% of the time. SCV may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.
Links to Other Web Sites
This site may include links to other Internet sites solely as a convenience to users. SCV does not endorse any such sites or the information, material, products or services contained on or accessible through the sites, and you access and use such sites, including information, material, products and services therein, solely at your own risk.
Property Listings
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their property listings. Owners who provide photos to be used assert that the photos are their own property and these same owners have the publishing rights to said photos. SCV is not responsible for any action, or omission of action, by any renter obtained by the use of this site.
Listing Rates
SCV takes no responsibility for the accuracy of any of the rates of its property listings.
Ownership of Site
This site is owned by SCV Property Management Ltd Company Number 6144874.
Applicable Law
Any contracts that are concluded with SCV are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
