Home Page Featured Villa Spot
Every month on the home page of the Silver Creek Villas website we feature three villas that are listed on our website. Here you can find out how to get your villa featured.
Check availability of featured villa spots
For just £20.00 or $38.00 per calendar month you can feature your villa with a direct link from our front page to your own listing page. All spaces are on a first come first served basis and run from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. No villas will be added until payment is received so book early to avoid disappointment.
You may request more than one months listing but if we have a waiting list then all villas will be rotated on a monthly basis. We will let you know when you enquire when your villa will be featured and when payment will be due (no later than 2 weeks before insertion).
Note : To be a featured villa you must have a current paid advert on the site.
Rates for volume bookings:
Months 1 to 3 £20.00 or $38.00 per calendar month
Months 4 to 7 £17.50 or $33.00 per calendar month
Months 8 to 12 £15.00 or $28.00 per calendar month
You may book any months we have available to run one after another, alternate months or any combination we have available, but a block booking has to be paid in full before the first advert is placed. Once booked and paid for no refunds will be available in the event you cancel unless we manage to rebook your original spot. In the event of a refund we will deduct £1.00 per spot refunded to cover postage and bank costs.
