Welcome to Tony & Rosemary's luxury, privately owned villa which is in an ideal location for a wonderful holiday in Florida- any time of the year. Built on a large, oversize corner plot, it is fully air conditioned with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a large west facing private screened pool, which receives sun from about 1000h until sunset.

 Accommodation

The villa is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard in typical Floridian style and comprises the following air-conditioned accommodation:

• The lounge area is tastefully appointed with a DVR cable TV with over 200 channels,  video/DVD player, a CD/tape/radio and ceiling fan. Main access to the pool area is via the sliding alarmed patio doors from the cathedral ceiling lounge/dining room has a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests if required. A rollaway bed is also available.
• The formal dining area accommodates 6 guests. 
• The superbly fitted kitchen includes the following features:  large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer and all necessary crockery and utensils for up to 8 guests.   The villa phone with movable handset is also in the kitchen together with free Internet access via WiFi. 
• Telephone calls are FREE and unlimited throughout the  USA and CANADA to landlines and cellphones, and to landlines only in over 60 other countries including the UK 
• The adjoining nook can accommodate 4 persons.
• A utility room with washer, dryer, iron/ironing board and pool/beach towels is off the entrance hall and also has access to the large double garage which has been converted into a Games room with a 7' pool table, electronic darts and a Foosball.
• En-suite Master bedroom with queen size bed, clock/radio, remote cable TV and large walk-in closet. The large bathroom has "his and hers" washbasins and a large double-seated shower for less able persons.
• Double bedroom with en-suite half bathroom (toilet and washbasin), clock/radio and cable TV.  Large closet/wardrobe.  There is alarmed access to the pool area from the en-suite bathroom. 
• Twin bedroom with adjoining family bathroom, hairdryer, clock/radio and cable TV. Large closet/wardrobe. 
• Family Bathroom with sink, toilet and full bath/shower situated between double and twin bedrooms. 
• Each bathroom is equipped with its own complete set of towels and a hairdryer.
• Each bedroom is equipped with all necessary linens including spare sets for each room and the queen Sofa bed.
• The large screened pool with pool cover, is west facing and has full sun from about 1000h until the evening sunset. The lower screen panels are fitted with "Florida Glass" for greater privacy. There is also an area for soaking up the Florida sunshine on the large deck area (don't forget the sun cream) or under the covered lanai with a cool drink to unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks or the Malls and Designer Outlets.
• All pool furniture is provided, with loungers for relaxing and table and chairs for eating alfresco.  Underwater pool lighting and lanai lighting make it ideal for evening relaxation.
