If you own a vacation rental villa in Florida you will know just how competitive the rental market is. We ourselves have a vacation villa and set up this site originally to help generate more bookings for ourselves and other owners on the Silver Creek community. However over time the site has got more and more popular and now has a good showing in the search engines, especially Google. We decided to open the doors to other communities and the site continues to go from strength to strength, with many rental enquiries going out to our owners every day.

Unlike other villa rental sites we have a limit to the number of villas that we will list in any one bedroom size category, this gives owners a better chance of securing a booking as the competition from other owners is less. Once the limit is reached a waiting list system is in force.

For a limited time all first time listings will receive a FREE trial to allow you to evaluate our site.

Disney area vacation rental homes will receive two months FREE

Coastal vacation rental villas will receive twelve months FREE - this offer is for a limited time and once we have enough villas in these sections the trial will be limited to two months.

Once the initial trial period is up our normal listing rates will apply. Once you have had a FREE trial listing you cannot list the same vacation rental villa again under the FREE trial listing scheme.

Fees for 1 year from the date of the listing going live on the site:–

1st Villa £80.00 or $150.00(US) - this is just £1.54 per week.

Additional villa listings £60.00 or $110.00 per villa.

Additional villa's owned by you but not having a listing on the site £30.00 or $55.00. This option allows you to list one villa but use our enquiries to promote several villas providing that they are owned by you.

Existing owners can make a payment by following the 'Payments' link once you log in.

1. The villa or condo is privately owned by you.

2. You do not represent any other homes that you have not disclosed to us, either privately owned by you or managed by you for others.

3. All enquiries we send out are for the villa in your listing only and can only be used for that villa, (unless extra villas are paid for – see fees above). Under no circumstances must any enquiries be passed on to other owners, management companies or other villa listing sites.

4. If you do not pay for additional villas you must not advertise them either by e-mail or on a website which includes the paid listing, to any of our enquirers. If we discover that you have only paid for one villa and are promoting others your listing will be removed and your fee forfeited.

5. All replies to enquiries generated by this website must not contain any links for car hire, park tickets, flights or travel insurance unless they are to the relevant pages on this website.

6. You must not include links to 360 tours in the e-mail unless it is to an unbranded tour of just your villa. If you are unsure about a link please ask.

7.You can direct enquirers to your own personal website as long as it is only for the villa(s) that are paid for.

8. You are purchasing an advert for your vacation villa or condo. We will do our best to generate as many enquiries for you as possible in the time your advertisement runs, but we offer no guarantee that you will secure a booking and that we offer no more than to pass on enquiries generated by our website. No refunds will be due in the event that you do not secure any bookings.

9. Unlike many other sites we will transfer your advertising to the new owners in the event that you sell your villa or condo, but we will not refund any portion if the villa is sold and the new owner does not wish to continue with vacation rentals.

10. Payment is for 1 year from the date the villa goes live on the site, which will be once payment is received, and is non refundable once paid.

11. We will do all that is possible to keep the website online at all times, but we cannot be held responsible for conditions that are out of our control.

12. Any contracts that are concluded with SCV are subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Failure to comply with the above rules will mean the immediate removal of your villa from the site and the forfeiture of any fees paid. We do check that these rules are being followed and follow up all booking enquiries with a courtesy e-mail.
