Larger than average pool measuring 30 x 15 with a Spa with fantastic views over conservation and trees. Our large extended decking area ensures no-one is fighting for space plus a covered lanai. Not directly overlooked by neighbouring villas. Planting down the sides of the Pool Screen adds that extra bit of privacy. For those travelling with young children you will be pleased to know there is a 4ft Safety Fence between the villa and the pool (this can be removed if not required) Sun Loungers with cushions, Patio Table and Chairs, Sun Umbrella, Pool Blanket and toys all add to your comfort and enjoyment. Underwater lighting in the pool & spa means you can have a swim day or night

A 4ft (removable if necessary) fence is located in front of the pool so that you can rest in peace knowing little ones can't get into the pool un-noticed

We accept bookings for every day of the week. Villa must be vacated by 10am. Arrival is from 4pm onwards

LOCATION
Silver Creek is adjacent to the popular Clear Creek development in the Clermont area of Orlando, Florida, just 1 mile from the action packed US-192 and only a short drive from Disney World and the International Drive area attractions.
Our villa is an end property and benefits from not being directly overlooked. The back looks out over a peaceful wooded conservation area and the fireworks from Disney's Magic Kingdom can be seen over the treetops.

If golf is your thing we have 20 golf courses within 10 miles of the property.

We are within an hour of Sanford airport and less than 30 minutes from Orlando International airport.
