Silver Creek is a beautiful tree lined
community of brightly coloured villas in the Clermont area of Orlando, and only
a 15 min drive from Disney World and the International Drive area attractions. Our
villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac which means we get no through traffic.
LIVING ROOM
The ‘Heart’ of the villa. Every room
leads off from here. Large open plan carpeted room with vaulted ceiling with
views of the pool through the large patio doors. With two luxury sofas and
subdued lighting for those who want to relax after a hard day in the parks! Multi Channel Cable
TV (250+) & High Speed Internet, 24 hour monitored alarm is fitted for your added peace of mind.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with Cooker,
Microwave, Dishwasher, Large Fridge Freezer, Waste disposal, pots, pans,
glasses, cutlery etc. Table for four people. Stools offer additional seating for two at the breakfast
bar.
DINING
Adjacent to the kitchen we have seating
for six at our rustic tiled-top dining table (for easy cleaning!)

Located at the back of the villa overlooking the pool. Luxurious King Size bed.
Matching bedside furniture, Dresser with mirror, Lamps, Cable TV and alarm
clock plus a large walk in wardrobe/closet, with small safe installed. The
tiled En-Suite offers a double Shower with integral seating, WC and Basin.
DOUBLE BED 1 with En-Suite
White Cane Colonial Style Queen Size bed with tiled En-Suite, seperate
Shower, WC and Basin. Large closet/wardrobe with matching bedside furniture &
a large set of drawers.
DOUBLE BED 2
Located at the
front of the villa looking onto the quiet cul-de-sac. Queen sized bed, closet/wardrobe,
matching bedside furniture and large set of drawers.
TWIN BED 1
This bedroom is across the corridor from the family/pool bathroom.
With two single beds, large Wardrobe/Closet, (shared with Twin No.2), bedside
table with lamp and nightlight.
TWIN BED 2
Right next
door to the twin no.1 and the family/pool bathroom. Located at the back of the
villa overlooking the pool. Matching bedside furniture.
FAMILY BATHROOM
This tiled bathroom features a Bathtub
with overhead shower, WC and Basin. One door leads directly to the covered
lanai by the pool the other leads to both of the twin bedrooms and the living
room.

All linens and towels are provided.

are located in the garage.
POOL
Large pool with underwater
lighting for those midnight swims! There is a 4ft Safety Fence between the
villa and the pool (removeable if not required). Matching Patio Table
